Submitting a request
The website form is an application only and does not take payment. You will receive an email confirming whether the request can be accepted, together with the payment method, agreed scope and delivery timing.
Delivery time
After the commission and payment are confirmed, the written Jiugongge report and guidance are normally sent by email within 1–2 days. If the scope requires more time, a revised date will be agreed before work begins.
Delivery format
Delivery is made to the email address supplied with the request. You are responsible for checking that address and its spam or filtered-mail folders.
Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel before custom analysis begins, any payment received will be refunded. Once personalised work has begun, the fee is normally non-refundable, except where the service is not delivered as agreed or applicable law gives you additional rights.
Delivery problems
If a report has not arrived by the confirmed date, contact hello@starseed-archive.app. If the service cannot be completed, the amount paid for the undelivered service will be refunded.
