Who is responsible
The Starseed Archive is an independent personal project operated by Zuo. Privacy requests can be sent to zuoyiwen336@gmail.com.
Information we process
Chart calculation may use your birth date, time, place, time zone and optional archive name. A report request may also include your name, email address, selected plan, question and optional background. A shop order uses your name, email, optional phone, shipping address, selected items and order status. Security systems process limited technical signals to prevent abuse.
Why it is used
Information is used only to calculate and restore your chart, respond to your commission, deliver the requested service, prevent abuse and maintain required business records. It is not sold or used for advertising.
Storage and service providers
The public site, DNS, security layer and abuse prevention use Cloudflare. The application, commissioned-report records and shop records use Railway-hosted infrastructure. Shop contact and shipping fields are encrypted at rest. Encrypted database backups are stored separately in Cloudflare R2. Transactional email is delivered through Resend and notifications may be delivered to the operators’ designated Gmail inboxes.
Retention
Unsaved charts normally remain only in your current browser session. Delivered commission records are scheduled for personal-data redaction after 180 days; incomplete records are redacted no later than 365 days after submission, unless a longer period is legally required.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing zuoyiwen336@gmail.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.
Shop payments
Shop payment approval and capture are handled by PayPal. The Starseed Archive records PayPal order, capture and verified webhook identifiers but does not receive or store your complete card or bank credentials. A browser return is never treated as proof of payment.
Shop record retention
Shop records are retained while an order is prepared, delivered, refunded or disputed, and afterwards for the minimum period needed for customer support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. You may request deletion of information that is no longer required.
Optional audience analytics
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits, referral sources and a limited conversion journey. Analytics is disabled until you accept it. The preference is stored in your browser for up to 180 days and can be changed through Analytics settings in the footer. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. Names, email addresses, birth information, places, chart results, questions and numerical combinations are never included in analytics events.
