Who is responsible
The Starseed Archive is an independent personal project operated by Simon. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@starseed-archive.app.
Information we process
Chart calculation may use your birth date, time, place, time zone and optional archive name. A report request may also include your name, email address, selected plan, question and optional background. Security systems process limited technical signals to prevent abuse.
Why it is used
Information is used only to calculate and restore your chart, respond to your commission, deliver the requested service, prevent abuse and maintain required business records. It is not sold or used for advertising.
Storage and service providers
The public site and security layer use Cloudflare. The application and commissioned-report records use Railway-hosted infrastructure. Transactional email uses Cloudflare Email Service and may be received in the operator’s Gmail mailbox.
Retention
Unsaved charts normally remain only in your current browser session. Delivered commission records are scheduled for personal-data redaction after 180 days; incomplete records are redacted no later than 365 days after submission, unless a longer period is legally required.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@starseed-archive.app. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.
